Attendance Rules
- According to the Federal Board and NUP, Islamabad rules and regulations, a student must attend at least 75% of the lectures in all the subjects. Failing which, his admission form will not be sent to the Federal Board Islamabad / NUP, Islamabad.
- Name of the student stands struck off from the college roll, if he remains absent without leave for six consecutive lectures / two practicals during a month. Habitual absentees are refused re-admission.
- All applications for leave are to be submitted to the Principal. The name, roll number, class, section / group of the applicant must clearly be stated.
- Leave for reasons other than illness must be applied for before a student avails himself of it. Urgent piece of work is to be specified.
- Leave application for two or more than two days should be signed by the parent or guardian.
- A medical certificate should be attached with the application in the following cases:
- Illness lasting five days or more
- Illness immediately before and after the winter / summer vacation
- Illness during test / examination
Re-admission to the struck-off students for short attendance will be granted only when the student submits the re-admission proforma duly filled in, along with application and re-admission fees.
Discipline Rules
- Strict disciplinary standards are enforced. The orders of the Principal in all matters of the college discipline stand final and legally binding.
- Students must abide by the rules and regulations in matters of studies, practicals, and other issues as may be enforced by the Principal from time to time.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited on the campus.
- Students are not allowed to bring mobile phones and other unauthorized items such as camera, video games, Walkman, FM Radio etc. in the college, otherwise these items will be confiscated.
- Visitors are not allowed to disturb the students during classes.
- The college administration displays visiting hours from time to time for visitors at the gate.
- Haircut must be tidy.
- Bunking from classes and jumping over the boundary wall is not allowed.
- Any sort of misbehavior, use of indecent language, or disturbance in class will be dealt with strictly.
- Wall chalking and littering are strictly prohibited.
Note: Students are expected to arrive at college five minutes before it starts. Latecomers will be dealt with strictly. They will be issued a warning, suspension, and eventually a college leaving certificate.
